How much does The Growth Room cost?

The Growth Room costs £375 per month (standard rate) or £175 per month for members enrolled in a 1:1 programme with Daryl. There are no long-term contracts — one month's notice to cancel. No setup fees, no hidden costs.

How often does it meet and how long is each session?

The Growth Room meets once per month. Each session runs for 2.5 hours, conducted online by video call. No travel required — you join from wherever you are. Sessions are structured, not open-ended: there's a clear agenda, a defined theme, and a specific output for every session.

How many people are in each session?

Limited to 12 members. This is a firm cap — small enough for genuine peer challenge and real conversation, large enough to bring meaningful breadth of experience into the room. Places are reviewed monthly and there is usually a waiting list for new members.

What topics are covered?

Topics rotate across strategy, leadership, team performance, commercial growth, resilience, systems, burnout prevention and exit planning. Daryl designs each session around a specific challenge — and members vote on what they most need in a given month. No two sessions are the same.
